I am a IT engeneer working at the Department of Engineering Enzo Ferrari of the Universita' di Modena e Reggio Emilia. I am part of the DBGroup research group and Co-founder associate of DataRiver, I am a computer programmer and a system administrator.

March 1997 Degree (Italian laurea) in Engineering (Computer Science) at the University of Modena (Italy) with 110/110 cum Laude
Management and networking: Linux, Hp/Aruba Procurve, Fortigate
DBMS: every day: MySql, hsql and several other (because of data integration tests): postgres, MS sql-server
Linux: administration, security and firewalling.
Since 2006 I'm working as Information Technology staff at DIEF as manager of the campus network and servers system administrator.
Since 2009 co-founder associate of DataRiver (http://www.datariver.it/) a data integration company, university spin-off. In Datariver I am responsible for Hardware and Software architecture.
2004 to 2010 designer and developer of the Production and Quality management web tool for a Biomedical manifacturer.
2001 to 2006 as Software Engineer in Democenter (http://www.democentersipe.it/) as design and development of Web applications.
2001 to 2006 designer and first developer of Iungo http://www.iungo.com/, a supply chain order negotiation tool and P2P distributed traceability system.
now I'm part of the DBGroup research group at the Universita' di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
