TRAINING GOALS
Understanding the basic laws of Electric Circuit Theory and learning to apply these basic methods to solving DC, AC, and simple transient analysis problems

PREREQUISITES
Mandatory: Mathematical Analysis I, Physics

COURSE PROGRAMME
1. Basic concepts; Circuit variables and units
2. Resistive circuits; Ohm's and Kirchhoff's laws
3. Introduction to nodal and loop analysis techniques
4. Thevenin's and Norton's theorems
5. Capacitance and inductance
6. Transient analysis of first order and second order circuits
7. AC circuits
8. Distributed element model or transmission line model
