Introduction

Goal of the MeMiTeC research activity is the application of microelectronics to microwave and telecommunications.

Topics of interest cover the design of radiofrequency integrated and discrete circuits for wireless and sensors applications, the low frequency noise characterization and CAD modeling of active devices for microwave applications, and the design of passive microwave structures. The MeMiTeC activity means:

  • Applied research acitivity focused on microwave circuits
  • Fundamental research activity in the microelectronics engineering
  • Collaborations with Universities, Research Centers, and Industries
  • Participation in international collaborations
